  • Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
  • Scrape content at scale or use automated means to access the site without permission.
  • Use our demos or pilot environments for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or benchmark demos or pilot environments without our written permission.

You are responsible for safeguarding any login links, API keys, or temporary access tokens we may share with you for pilot purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all content, code samples, documentation, and demo experiences on this website are the proprietary property of TameTeq.

For detailed technical disclosures or proprietary business logic, we recommend executing a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Any outputs, insights, or recommendations provided in demos, pilots, or AI-enabled tools are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TameTeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the website or these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim and in any case is capped at 5,000 EUR, unless a different limit is specified in a separate written agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or demos at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to protect our systems and users.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TameTeq harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law & Venue
